Eight rounded corners serve as pour spouts that seal up tight or serve as evenly spaced steam vents with our matching lid.

Eight flat sides make it easier to get a spatula behind the crust on cornbread, pizza and other baked goods - and make it easier to squeeze a couple skillets into a crowded oven.

Cast with an additional lip on the underside for better grip and secure serving - just don’t forget to use a towel or hot pad.

Wound from 300 series stainless steel rod stock and hand polished to high luster, our handles stay cool longer, cool off quicker and feel better in the hand. Inspired by vintage wood stove door handles, they bring high-end fit and finish to a time honored design.

CNC machined smooth right up to the curved edge, our cooking surfaces are smooth to the touch for near non-stick cooking and easy clean up.

    The Rolls Royce of Cookware

    Cast Iron skillets have been used in my family (and passed down) for over 4 generations. So, before I decided to try a FINEX, my expectations were very high. Even before I used the FINEX skillet for the first time, I was completely blown away.
    In today’s world of often overpriced, limited use and quality products, FINEX is clearly in a class by itself. No stone was left unturned when designing and making this cookware. 12 people spend almost 12 full hours working on each skillet and the quality is second to none. Basically, you are getting a Custom Shop quality pan. The inside of my FINEX skillet is smoother than my 100 year old Griswold pan, right out of the box and never being used – now that’s saying something! The handle is superb. Based off a old school wood burning stove design, the coil spring handle is longer and fits perfect for a well balanced pan. The polished coil spring and bright brass end is polished smooth, but not slippery. The octagon design allows for easy pouring from multiple angles. The appearance of the FINEX really stands out.Whenever I use the pan and guests come over to visit for dinner, I always get asked “what is that and where did you get that pan?” How many times does dinner conversation start with your old cast iron pan? Probably never. Cooking with the FINEX is a breeze with its ultra smooth surface and the extra thick & heavy walls hold heat extremely well. Yes, the FINEX is heavier than most other cast iron pans, but that is the extra strength. A very easy pan to use and there is no limit on what can be done with this pan. The only con I have with this pan is I should of bought one of these skillets years ago. Well worth every single penny.

    Great Skillet

    I recently purchased a 12″ FINEX skillet, and it cooks superbly. The skillet retains heat really well, and food does not stick to it. It cooks very evenly and goes from stove to oven and back while retaining the temperature. Although the skillet is relatively heavy, its heft contributes to its heat retention capability.     Wow. That's it. Just Wow.

    It is not often that I find myself writing to a product company. When I do, it is usually because my product has just failed in some unexpected way, crushing my hopes that the product I purchased would be better…different…extraordinary.
    I went to my local restaurant supply store here in Oakland, CA on the recommendation of a friend of mine who is an executive chef here in San Francisco. I had been complaining to him that my cast iron cookware just wasn’t performing…rough and sticky surfaces after 50+ uses despite my textbook curing and obsessive-compulsive level of care. My pans were fine for a thick cut of beef or pork. But for anything else these pans were failing. After ruining a beautiful piece of king salmon, I had enough. So at my friend’s recommendation, I invested in a FINEX pan (the 12″ skillet with lid) hoping something magic would happen…but also expecting the inevitable disappointment of an expensive purchase that doesn’t live up to its billing. Plain and simple, after 4 weeks with the FINEX pan, it is not only the best kitchen tool I have ever purchased, but it may be the best product I have even purchased period! Straight out of the box, I gave it a real test with Dover sole. Surely this would end in disaster as even my best non-stick typically has trouble with such a delicate fish. To my amazement, when all was said and done, not a single morsel of seafood remained in the pan. Since then, I’ve cooked salmon, halibut, sea bass, rockfish, beef, pork, chicken, lamb, sauces, and even a soup and the results are the same. Not only is this pan better than any of my expensive non-stick cookware, I’m finding that I’m using this pan almost every night, and keeping the rest of my gear in the cabinet…this pan rarely leaves the stovetop! As I mentioned at the top of my letter, I rarely find a product worth writing about. Its even more rare that I find a product I want to tell everyone I know about! Your FINEX cast iron skillet is an incredible tool and has immediately become the most used pan in my kitchen. Thanks to you all for your product vision, design, and execution. I will be sure to spread the word here in the Bay Area and I wish you all the best of luck…looking forward to seeing the product line expand!
